The Winston School Guitar & Ukulele Program!
Do you dream of rocking out on guitar or ukulele, creating your own music, or learning your favorite song?
At The Winston School, we make that dream a reality! Farrington School of Music is excited to be offering an after-school guitar and ukulele program for students of all skill levels the chance to explore their musical passions and develop their talents in a fun, supportive environment.
The guitar & ukulele program is a weekly lesson on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
Class subjects will cover an introduction on learning how to play the guitar or ukulele and other important musical topics. Every week a new lesson plan and music files are created for the class which will be emailed directly to the parents of the program.
Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some musical experience, our program has something for you.
GUITAR
Learn chords, riffs, and solos in various styles, from rock and pop to folk and blues.
UKULELE
Develop rhythm, coordination, and learn to play along to your favorite songs.
Students of the guitar & ukulele program will also have access to a software program called Guitar Pro.
