LESSON POLICY

All Scheduling & Payment Notifications Must Be Made Using The Student Portal Or The FSM Email Address.

Lesson durations are for 45 or 60 minutes.
An agreed upon day and time for a weekly lesson will be booked on a monthly basis.
Lesson reminders will be emailed 24 hours in advance of a session and text message reminders will be sent 2 hours before.
Lesson times are fixed and cannot be extended if a student is late.
Students are responsible for their own schedule - FSM will not take ownership of students remembering their lesson times.
Monthly invoices will be emailed on the 1st.
Payment will be automatically charged on the 10th of every month.
Students Must Have A Valid Payment Method Online - If Payments Methods Are Declined Students Will Be Asked To Stop Lessons
Make-Up Lessons Cannot Be Converted Or Substitute For Any Monthly Payments.
A minimum requirement for online lessons is a current up-to-date desktop or laptop, and a strong wi-fi connection.
No Mix Lesson Locations; In-Person, Home or Studio Only
Students portal access expires after the last lesson

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the starting time of a lesson will be given a make-up credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the starting time of a lesson will not be given a make-up credit and will be charged for the lesson.
Make-Up credits must be booked within 45 days of the original cancelled lesson date or will be voided.
No back to back make-up lessons can be booked.
Once a lesson has been cancelled it can not be un-cancelled.
Make-Up lessons can be booked online from the student portal calendar.
Make-Up times are provided on the last two Sundays of every month.
Make-Up dates that have been booked can not be rescheduled.
No Reminders For Make-Up Lessons will sent out.
Students cannot request "not to be charged" due to vacation or other issues, make-up credits will be issued for any missed lesson.
Teacher Cancellation - If a teacher cancels a lesson no charge will be made. Any previous payments will automatically be deducted from the next months invoice.
Weather Cancellation - If poor weather conditions force a lesson to be cancelled a make-up credit will be given.
Medical or Family Emergencies - Students who have a medical or family emergency will be allowed to schedule a make-up lesson.
