All Scheduling & Payment Notifications Must Be Made Using The Student Portal Or The FSM Email Address.


  • Lesson durations are for 45 or 60 minutes.

  • An agreed upon day and time for a weekly lesson will be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Lesson reminders will be emailed 24 hours in advance of a session and text message reminders will be sent 2 hours before.

  • Lesson times are fixed and cannot be extended if a student is late.

  • Monthly invoices will be emailed on the 1st.

  • Payment will be automatically charged on the 10th of every month. However, students can make payments before the 10th if they like through the student portal.

  • Make-Up Lessons Can Not Be Converted Or Substitute For Any Monthly Payments.


  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the starting time of a lesson will be given a make-up credit.

  •  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the starting time of a lesson will not be given a make-up credit and will be charged for the lesson.

  •  Make-Up credits must be booked within 30 days of the original cancelled lesson date or will be voided.

  •  Make-Up lessons can be booked online from the student portal calendar.

  •  Make-Up dates that have been booked can not be rescheduled.

  •  Teacher Cancellation - If a teacher cancels a lesson no charge will be made. Any previous payments will automatically be deducted from the next months invoice.

  •  Weather Cancellation - If poor weather conditions force a lesson to be cancelled a make-up credit will be given.

  • Medical or Family Emergencies - Students who have a medical or family emergency will be allowed to schedule a make-up lesson.
